To fulfil its purposes, the Group shall take into account its Articles of Association, Law 12/1991, of 29 April, on Economic Interest Groupings and, as far as not provided for, by the rules of the collective companies, which are compatible with its specific nature.

For its correct functioning, the Group has a Protocol of Internal Relations underway.
