Project: “Governance of Meadows for Human and Economic Development with Environmental Sustainability”
Summary of the project: The general Objective of this project, which is coordinated by the Association for the Comprehensive Development of Tajo-Salor-Almonte (TAGUS), focuses on implementing a planning and decision making system (Holistic Management) to improve the management of the territory based on obtaining environmental, economic and social benefits, accredited by a quality standard created expressly that allows the differentiation of products in the market through the development of this standard (GO – DEHESA) covered by scientific results.

Project: Innovation and tourist attraction tool for the cheese sector
Summary of the project: The general objective of the project is to define and test a model of diversification of the cheese sector based on experiential tourism strategies, in order to improve short marketing channels and thus increase the added value of its production.
